Recommended Electric Brake Controller and Wiring Adapter for 2011 Toyota Tundra with Tow Package
Question:
2011 tundra has tow package with plug under dash for trailer brake controller can so can u give me exact part # for controller and wiring harness I will need ? Just want to make sure I order the correct stuff. Thx

I recommend the Prodigy P3, part # 90195, for a brake controller on your 2011 Toyota Tundra. The P3 is one of the best controllers on the market, and a favorite of ours because of how easy it is to setup and use. It has an LCD that gives you actual messages to what's going on instead of just codes that you have to decipher. It also stores up to 5 different settings which is great if you're towing multiple trailers or multiple weights.
To install the P3 in your Tundra use the adapter # 3040-P to plug in under you dash. I've linked a video that shows the P3 and the adapter being installed on a 2013 Tundra for you to look at as well.
