The K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 have great reviews from a broader spectrum of users as they fit more vehicles. The K-Source Snap and Zap Towing Mirror # KS81810 is only a fit for Ford F-150's from 2009 through 2014. These are a better fit for your vehicle and have slightly higher reviews although both have significant praise from customers if you view the reviews on each product page.
Both connect to the factory housing so they have a similar amount of limited vibration, but due to the more custom design, I recommend the # KS81810 for your 2010 F-150 application.
