The tow bar that I recommend you use with the Roadmaster Tow Bars # 524425-1 that you referenced on your 2011 Ford Fiesta would be the RoadMaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520.
This tow bar comes with quick disconnects. You would only need safety cables, # RM-643, a lighting solution and possible a supplemental braking system and you would be ready to go.
For lighting I recommend Roadmaster Standard Magnetic Tow Lights # RM-2120 if you are looking for a temporary solution or a Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 for a more permanent solution. I attached an FAQ article on how to choose a wiring solution for you to check out also.
Most states require supplemental braking when flat towing a vehicle. I would recommend you get a Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System # RM-9400.
