Reese Goosebox Compatibility with 2018 Heartland Fuel 335 5th Wheel with Tight Turn Technology

I have a 2015 GMC 3500HD 6.5’ bed truck, I haven’t purchased a fifth wheel hitch yet, and I was wondering if having the Tight Turn Tech on my newly purchased 2018 Heartland Fuel 335 will allow me to use a goosebox pinbox conversion or will I have to purchase a slider like the pullrite or demco and use the fifth wheel style pin box?

The Tight Turn Technology of your Heartland Fuel 335 means you have an 88 degree turning radius so the need for a slider is diminished with the short bed trucks. You can use a goosebox pin box conversion for your trailer and it will work well.
We have three different Reese Goosebox options for you to choose from and your current pin box will determine the fit. There should be a number on your current pin box that will match one of the following:
Reese # RP85FR is a fit for Lippert 1621, 1621HD, and 0719 pin boxes and has a 20K capacity.
Reese # RP94716-61301 is a fit for Lippert 0115, 1116 and 1716 pin boxes and has a 16K capacity.
If you do not find your pin box number on the box or a sticker near the box, then you can measure to determine fit. I've attached an article to assist with fit based on measurement.
