Yes, Rhino-Rack roof rack # RRVA137B-2 will fit your 2014 Honda CR-V as long as it has a naked roof (no rails that run front to back or crossbars that run side to side). You will also need fit kit # DK284, and legs # RRRLKVA to install the roof rack.

The bars are indeed 54 inches long overall.

If there are no side rails that run front to back or crossbars or anything on the roof then roof rack # RRVA137B-2 will fit when using custom fit kit # DK284, and legs # RRRLKVA. If the roof does have flush side rails that run front to back you will need a different roof rack such # RR45GR. I have included a picture showing a naked roof and one with flush rails.
