Recommended Roof Rack System for KB Voodoo Truck Bed Rack

For your KB Voodoo Truck Bed Rack, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System w/ 2 Vortex Aero Crossbars - Track Mount # Y02-490B. This will allow you to adjust the crossbars as needed to fit your roof box. It also gives you the option to remove the towers and crossbars when not in use. This system will give you a 220 lb weight capacity. I've attached a video to assist.

I didn't realize that you had adjustable crossbars on the KB Voodoo. There are not specific roof rack systems for that type of application. I still recommend using the track system and using your adjustable rails to support the frame of your rack. The issue if you were to mount only to the current crossbars is the lack of support from twisting and torque. The tracks supply you with a wider base for the front to back movement. I don't recommend just adding height to your system without additional support.

For the Replacement U-Bolt #TH02943 the center to center distance between each end of the u-bolt is 4 inches. It is 2 inches deep in the center.

I've included an image that details the exact dimensions of the Rola Replacement Bracket, part #59506 The distance between the arms of the top bracket is 4.5 inches, and the distance between the arms of the lower bracket is about 6 inches.

The U-bolt part #TH02943 that you referenced is 4 inches wide when measured from center to center of the threaded portion of the u-bolt. Check out the picture I attached that shows this dimension.

I went out to the warehouse and measured a Replacement U-Bolt, #TH02943. The center to center distance between each end of the u-bolt is 4 inches. It is 2 inches deep in the center.
