A brake hand winch I recommend is the Dutton-Lainson two speed # DL14830. It has a capacity of 2,500 pounds. At a 5 percent incline, you will have a rolling load maximum of 16,675 pounds. At 10 percent incline, you will have a rolling load maximum of 12,550 pounds which would be more than enough. A hand winch strap with safety hook # DL24249 is worthwhile to get because it has a breaking strength of 4,000 pounds. An extra piece of mind when you are pulling your car up an incline. A hand brake is perfect for manually-controlled load releases.
