Recommended Towing Mirrors for 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum
Question:
Will Your CM11551 Mirror Fit My 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. If Not Do You Have A Set That Would Fit.

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side # CM11550 are only a fit for a 2015-2018 Ford F-150. For your 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum, we don't have any custom fit options available from any of our manufacturers, so my recommendation is my favorite universal fit mirrors. I recommend the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # KS3990.
These mirrors have clips that fit on your factory mirror housing and then have ratcheting heavy-duty straps that have quick releases for easy adjustment. These will not harm your factory mirror housing, but will mount to it and give you dual adjustable mirror faces with a clean looking black plastic housing to resist rust and corrosion. The rubber pads on the straps will protect from scratches and the expanded view will allow you to see clearly to safely change lanes, back up, pass, and park.
