Both the Curt # 13328 and Draw-Tite # 75599 are Class III hitches that have a 350 lb tongue weight capacity and 3,500 lb towing capacity. I also checked the owner's manual for a 2003 Acura MDX and it states that the maximum total trailer weight you can tow is 3,500 lbs with up to 3 passengers in the vehicle though it reduces with more passengers.
Because both hitches have the same capacities I recommend going with the Curt # 13328 because it will fit with a full-sized spare tire under your vehicle while the option from Draw-Tite will not.
Should you need to add a 4-flat to power your trailer's lights the correct harness is # 118336. If you are going to be towing, I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip. You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise. I've also attached links to a video review of the ball mount kit and our page with each of our ball mounts.
