According to the Ford Fleet Towing Guide, your 2018 Ford F-150 with a GCWR of 14,400 lbs can tow 8,900 lbs with the 3.31 axle ratio or 9,000 lbs with the 3.55 axle ratio. Either way you can safely tow a 5th wheel that has a dry weight of 8600 lbs, but you will need to be really careful as to the amount of additional weight you add to it.
The hitch weight is not included in the trailer weight but is included in the combined weight. The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200 is a lightweight option weighing just 55 lbs. I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit # RP50087-58 for your application. Another light hitch option is the Demco Recon 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550043 which weighs just 100 lbs but is a little stronger and has a traditional 5th wheel head connection.
For a wiring harness, I recommend the Bargman # 50-97-410-010 to add a 7-way to the bed of your truck for easy connection and a clean look.
