Expert Reply:
The WeatherTech floor mats for your 2001 Chevy Suburban will consist of the front mats # WT440031, the second row bench seat # WT440612, and the 3rd row # WT440614. Then you will use the cargo liner # WT40150 which will fit from behind the 3rd row seat to the back of the vehicle.
The # WT40151 you asked about is for Suburban without the 3rd row seat and covers only the rear 4-1/2 feet of cargo area. If you only have the two rows of seats, then you need the front # WT440031 and the second row # WT440612. Because you don't have the 3rd row, you don't need # WT440614 and the larger mat will cover the space that floor mat and the seat would have taken.
