Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for a Swagman XTC-4 Trailer Hitch Mounted Bike Rack

Will anti-rattle locking hitch pin Code: SR25219 work on the Swagman xct-4 rack?

The Swagman XTC-4, # S64665, can use Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin, # S64027. The bike rack has a weld nut inside that is uniquely threaded and will only work with specific Swagman locks. When the locking hitch pin is tightened, it will pull the rack shank tight against the receiver, eliminating rattle.
Because of the uniquely threaded weld nut inside, the Anti-Rattle Device and Lock, # SR25219, cannot be used.
