Yes, the self-adjusting version of the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly part # 23-181 is the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly part # 23-465. This assembly is for the right hand side and if you need the left hand side you can use part # 23-464 or part # 23-464-465 for both right and left hand side.

The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit has self-adjusting brakes meaning you do not have to turn the adjuster screw for even brake pad wear after the initial adjustment. You do not need to do anything other than change out the assemblies to switch from manual adjusting to self-adjusting brakes. These brakes are designed for 7,000 lb axles that have a 5 bolt brake mounting flange. The brakes themselves are 12" diameter x 2" wide and work with 14-1/2", 15", and 16" wheels.

I also recommend using new hardware when you replace your braking assemblies and for that you can use part # BRKH12. I have attached a review video of the assembly for you as well.
