5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Installation Kit for a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Long Bed and Holland Hitch

Never have had a 5th wheel hitch installed in the bed of my truck. The name on my hitch is Holland air ride 25000lbs

Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6099 is designed to fit the factory 5th wheel prep package that is in some 2013 to present Ram trucks. It would not fit your 2004 Ram 2500 since the factory prep package was not available for that model year.

Does your Ram have a 5th wheel installation kit already installed? What is the brand of your 5th wheel hitch? And does that hitch fit in above the bed rails or in an underbed system?

If you can give me a little more information I can recommend the parts you will need.

Thank you for the information. Holland makes several different mounts for their 5th wheel trailer hitches. As long as the one you have mounts in industry standard above the bed rails then we will have an installation kit for your Ram. I have included a picture that shows the front to back and side to side measurements of the mounting slots for industry standard rails so that you can check to see if that is what your hitch will fit. Assuming that the hitch does fit industry standard rails you can use Curt custom installation kit # C16420-204. With this kit there is less drilling required compared to universal kits so it will not take as long to install. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
