Why Wouldn't a Trailer Come Equipped with Bearing Buddies
Question:
Why would a person NOT use the Bearing Buddy to add grease zirks to an axle that is not equipped with the easy grease feature? I want to add them, but am just curious why they are not on every axle anyway, and that answer would probably tell me why someone would not add them to their trailer axle.

Some axles have EZ lube spindles which means they have a grease fitting mounted at the end of the spindle already. In those cases you would not want a Bearing Buddy. Since the EZ lube spindles are more common than non-EZ lube spindles the Bearing Buddies aren't seen as frequently as you would think.
Aside from that they are a great product. We only warn people to try and be careful not to over fill the hubs with grease as that can be pretty easy to do. This causes the seal to blow out.
