The Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Black Mod Wheel # AM31990 has a zero offset which means the backspacing is exactly the width of the rim plus an inch to account for the mounting lip.

So that means the backspacing is 2-3/4 inches.
