Does either the 24x60 Pro Series Cargo Carrier Item # 63153 or 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier Item # e98874 have a FULL 24inch clearance inside the basket with no bolts or nuts touching the contents?

The measurements we identify our cargo baskets by are the full, available internal cargo space that the carrier has.
So both the # e98847 and the # 63153 have a full 24 inches inside of the carrier.
