Question:
Im looking for a trailer hitch For my 2010 Toyota sienna. I want to be able to still back into my driveway Which is a little bit steep. So Im looking for maintain maximum clearance. Do you have any trailer hitches that can be mounted, so the sleeve for the hitch comes out through the bumper? I dont mind cutting a hole in the bumper. 2 inch sleve ideal, but smaller OK. We do not have a trailer hitch receiver that goes through the bumper of your 2010 Toyota Sienna. However, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75237 does fit nicely under the bumper to give you as much ground clearance as possible. From the ground to the bottom of the receiver tube will be about 8 inches.
If you are concerned about this clearance, you can use the Roadmaster Rollaway Trailer Hitch Protector # RM-050 to give that added protection to your trailer hitch for a steep driveway.
If you need the trailer wiring, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118304 and for a ball mount the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs # 989900. This will give you options for your ball mount height and will include the pin and clip. I recommend removing the ball mount to give you that additional clearance for your driveway when not in use.
