I reviewed an online edition of the owner's manual for the 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite and it does indicate on page 110 that front-wheel-lift towing, such as with a dolly, is acceptable. At this time we have no base plates to allow flat towing this vehicle and the manuals says nothing about flat towing it all-wheels-down.

Roadmaster's Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1 includes lights so you do not need to wire anything into the van when dolly towing it.

The brakes on this dolly will require you install a trailer brake controller like the Prodigy P2 # 90885 in the motorhome. This will require a hardwired installation using our brake controller install kit # ETBC7. The dolly includes 4-pole wiring but this will need to be replaced with 7-way wiring such as junction box 7-way kit # HS381-9000. This will plug in to the 7-way socket in the # ETBC7 kit to deliver brake signals to the dolly. Please refer to the linked articles for more install details.

I suggest checking your owner's since it might differ from the online version.
