Recommended B&W Tow & Stow Ball Mount with 7 Inch Drop

I do have a solution for you, however the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10037C referenced in your question will provide a drop of up to 5 inches.
For a drop of 7 inches, I instead recommend the B&W # BWTS10040C. This will give you a rise of up to 7-1/2 inches or a drop of up to 7 inches and features the same chrome plating on the shank and hitch balls. It has a weight capacity of 7,500 pounds with the 2 inch ball and a 10,000 pound capacity with the 2-5/16 inch ball.

I do recommend adding a locking hitch pin like the B&W # BX8858 to secure your investment and help deter theft.
