Will Surco Spare Tire 3-Bike Carrier Fit 2005 Jeep Wrangler X

Question:

will this bike rack fit on a 2005 wrangler X ? Im guessing yes, based on the reply to the 2014 wrangler...could be hear sayfoot but heard that the spare tire plate for wranglers was reconfigured in 2007....thanks
