I do have a solution for you, however the Curt 2 Inch Trailer Hitch - Bumper Mount # E-3S referenced in your question is designed to fit certain truck rear bumpers and will not work on your 2006 Saturn Vue.
For your 2006 Saturn Vue, I instead recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 15391. This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit this vehicle and will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation. This will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and it has a 3,500 pound towing capacity and 350 pound tongue weight capacity.
I have attached an installation video on your vehicle that you can use for reference.
If you are looking to do some towing, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118418. This custom-fit harness will install by connecting directly to the built-in ports located behind the driver and passenger side tail lights. This will give you a 4-Way connector at the rear bumper to connect with and power a trailer's signal lights.
To tow a trailer, you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball. I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection.
