The Andersen Ultimate Conneection 5th Wheel Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200 and the PullRite SuperLite Fifth Wheel Hitch referenced in your question have a very similar design. We do not currently carry PullRite products so I am a little less familiar with this model, but I was able to gather some information from the manufacturer in order to compare the two units.

Both hitches feature an extremely lightweight construction. The hitch itself on the Andersen Ultimate weighs only 40 pounds, while the SuperLite weighs 52 pounds. This will make for extremely easy loading and unloading of the hitch. They will both mount to industry standard, above-bed base rails and utilize a gooseneck style adapter that will attach to the trailer's king pin. The two lightweight hitches also have the same 20,000 pound gross towing capacity.

One thing that sets the Andersen Ultimate Connection apart is its 9 inch offset. This is going to provide you with additional clearance for easier turning with your trailer. Because of its slightly lighter construction and additional offset, I do recommend the Andersen between the two models.

With that being said, if you plan on towing a 20,000 pound trailer, which is right at the capacity for either model I highly recommend going with a standard, higher rated hitch. The Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16245 is a really nice option that will mount to industry standard rails and has a 24,000 pound towing capacity. It is also relatively lightweight at around 154 pounds and features a 2-jaw locking system for an excellent connection with the trailer's king pin. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also take a look at.
