For your 2014 Chevy Camaro, I recommend starting with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24850 which is a confirmed fit. This is an easy installation and will give you a sturdy hitch receiver with a black powder coat finish over an e-coat base for rust protection.

Then for a ball mount, I recommend # 3594 which will get your hitch to a usable height so your trailer will be closer to level. For this ball mount/draw bar, you will need a pin and clip which are included and then you'll also need the 2 inch hitch ball # 19258.

If your Camaro has LED lights, then for the wiring harness I recommend the Tekonsha Upgraded Modulite Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit with 4 Pole Trailer Connector (Includes Install Kit) # C59496.

If you don't have LED lights on your Camaro, then I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56197. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your factory wiring harness, which is located in your trunk. You will need to remove the rear scuff panel and trunk liner to access this harness, but it is simply plug and play.

Finally, for your utility trailer, I recommend the Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer # K2MMT5X7. This is easy to assembly and will give you the capacity for holding tires as you mentioned. It will come with everything you need other than basic tools to assemble.
