According to the owner's manual for your 2016 Ford F-150, tire chains cannot be installed on the front two wheels of the vehicle therefore you would need to install them on the rear two wheels. In addition to placement, the tire chains installed on the truck must also be class S compliant.
The Glacier V-Bar Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners part # PWH2828SC that you referenced will fit the 235/80-17 tires on your truck but are not class S compliant. For a set of class S compliant tire chains that will also fit your 235/80-17 tires, I recommend taking a look at the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains part # TC2321.
The Titan Snow Tire Chains have square link cross chains which provide excellent traction in both snow and ice. Unlike the Glacier chains listed above, the Titan chains have a diamond shaped pattern which offer both more coverage and a smoother ride.
I have attached a review and installation of the Titan tire chains for you as well.
