You are correct in that there are two trailer wiring harnesses available that are confirmed to fit your 2011 Hyundai Tucson; the Tekonsha T-One # 118501 and the Curt T-Connector # C56348. Both of these harnesses will install the same way on your vehicle and the only real difference between the two is the manufacturer. I recommend going with the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118501, as Tekonsha is well-known for producing reliable electrical products.
I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference.
As you also mentioned in your question, this harness is going to install a 4-Way connector at the rear of the vehicle, which will be used to connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights. If you will be towing a trailer with brakes, you will just need to add the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This kit includes everything needed to install a fully functional 7-Way connector from the existing 4-Way, including the wiring necessary to run from a brake controller to the electric brake output pin on the connector.
I have attached a great article that details the installation steps for this kit that you can look through.
Then for a brake controller that will control the brakes on the trailer, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885. This is a great proportional controller that will activate your trailer's brakes at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in your Hyundai Tucson.
I have attached a couple additional articles on brake controllers that you might also find helpful.
