Rather than opinion, I would be happy to offer a couple of facts for you, which are that most trailer tires are made in China and that the majority of trailer tires blow out due to improper inflation, overloading, and going over the tire's speed rating. That said, it's possible there is an issue with the specific tires you referred to that we are not aware of, though I'd be hesitant to base any conclusions from what you read on internet forums. Nonetheless, if you do believe that your safety is being compromised then I would recommend you go ahead and replace your tires.
Our best-reviewed ST225/75R15, load range D tire is the Kenda Karrier # AM10256, which is averaging a nearly unanimous 5 out of 5 stars on some 500 reviews from customers who have used them. These are great tires with a 2,540 lb load capacity at 65 psi and fit 15" x 6", 15" x 6-1/2", and 15" x 7" rims. I've added a link to a video review of these tires for you to take a look at as well.
