Generally speaking, as long as you choose 10 x 2-1/4 inch brake assemblies rated for 3,500 pounds, they will fit your existing drums and axle perfectly. While there are certain brakes that are unique and will fit only certain axles or hubs, this is rare and should not be an issue for a standard 3,500 pound axle like what you have.

For your trailer, I recommend the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. These 10 inch x 2-1/4 inch electric brakes are self-adjusting so they will not require periodic manual adjustments like standard brakes. They are designed for 3,500 pound axles and both the Left Hand and Right Hand assemblies are included. They have a 4 bolt mounting flange pattern. You will just need to verify that this matches the pattern on your existing mounting flanges.

I have attached a short video demonstration on this kit that you can also check out.
