Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13235 is a confirmed fit for your 2002 Isuzu Rodeo with the door mounted spare tire. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2" receiver tube opening.

If you will be towing a trailer you will also need a trailer wiring harness and ball mount/hitch ball if you do not already have them. For a trailer wiring harness I recommend taking a look at the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118360 and for a ball mount the Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # C45030 seems to be the popular option for the Rodeo.

For a 1-7/8" hitch ball you will want part # C40002 and for a 2" hitch ball you will want to use part # C40004. Also, don't forget the Pin and Clip part # C21500 to secure the ball mount to the trailer hitch. The above ball mount has a 1" rise and 2-1/4" drop.
