4-Way Trailer Connector and Mounting Bracket for a 2015 Honda Pilot

Question:

Hello, I have a 2015 Honda Pilot that came with a hitch pre-installed. All of my trailers have a four-pole connection, so I would like to use that connection. I like the exterior mounted plug box but I see that it doesnt come with the 4-pole connectors. I also see that there are 3 different wiring harnesses for the pilot that come up on etrailer when I search, and I am not sure which one is compatible and what the differences are between them.

To add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of your 2015 Honda Pilot I recommend Tekonsha harness # 118558. It and the other available 4-Ways install and function in the same way but we hear about fewer issues with the Tekonsha harnesses.

For a really simple 4-Way mounting bracket I recommend using no-drill bracket # 18140 along with 4-Pole bracket # 18144.
