For your 2017 Nissan Titan SV, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76154. This trailer hitch receiver is a strong round tube design that is easy to install. It has an integrated bracket for your trailer wiring bracket to give a really clean look and has a black powder coat finish over an e-coat base for great rust protection.
For your trailer wiring, I recommend the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit # C59496. This harness will use quick splice connectors to attach to your factory wiring. It has a powered modulite to protect your system from overload and will draw power directly from your battery. I've attached an article to assist in routing this wire.
For a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer.com ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. It will give you multiple options to tow level. I've attached an article to assist in choosing the correct ball mount for your application. If you want an adjustable ball mount option, I recommend the B&W # BWTS10037B which will stow away when not in use to protect your shins and give you a clean look.
You may also want to consider a locking hitch pin like # 63232 to hold the ball mount tight and protect your investment.
