The etrailer.com Landing Gear Set - 20-1/2" Travel - 8,000 lbs # RVLG-8000 will fit your 2011 Heartland Big Country as long as the legs are a minimum of 44-1/2 inches in between and a maximum of 72 inches apart. The weld stops measure 15-1/2 inches inside to inside and 17-1/2 inches outside to outside. I've attached a picture to assist.
The hand crank is available as a separate item and is part # RVLG-HDL.
