7-Way Recommendation for Bed of 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500HD

Question:

I have a 2012 Chevy 2500hd with 8ft bed. It seems this bargman harness would work with the 9ft cord, but in the vehicle fitments I could only find a 2012 2500, not hd. I just want to make sure this will work, and is the absolute best product for what I am doing. I want to install a plug in my bed, and plug to my factory 7 way, while still being able to use it, with the best product I can.

For your 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500HD the fifth wheel wiring harness part # 50-97-410 that you referenced will work well for what you need. It's designed for installing on a truck like yours that has a 7-way at the rear of it and giving you a second 7-way for the bed of the truck as well for a camper like what you have or for a fifth wheel trailer.
