Parts Needed to Install Brake Controller in 2006 Honda Odyssey

hi, i installed one of these controller to my 2007 Toyota tacoma, also purchased a brake control wiring adapter they worked great, 5 minutes job. I plan to do the same, buy another one of same brake controller, but this time for a 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L. Does this car has the quick connect like the tacoma ? If it does, what kind of adapter do i need to get ? If the Odyssey does not have the quick connect, it would require some kind of manual wiring, right ? i would probably have to bring into UHaul to have them install. thanks for any info

You can install a brake controller like your # TK90160 in your 2006 Honda Odyssey but it has to be hardwired since there isn't a quick install port under your dash.

You will need to start with a 4-way (if you do not have one). For that you would want the # 118438.

From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.
