The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # 23-458-459 is a fit for the 5200 lb axle on your 2013 Keystone Copper Canyon Sprinter 5th Wheel. The Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA are also a fit.
The ALKO hub/drum you asked about is the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb Axles - 12" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-201-5UC3 and yes it is a standard size 12x2 inch drum.
