Instead, the B&W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3300 is what you need to fit your F-350. However, it only has a maximum gross towing weight of 20,000 lbs. For the additional capacity the Curt Q25 hitch part # C16039 and the Reese M5 hitch part # RP30922 will fit your truck.

The Curt Q25 part # C16039 is a heavy duty fifth wheel hitch with a gross towing weight of 24,000 lbs and vertical load limit of 6,000 lbs. It has a 3-point indicator system that uses a color coding to tell you the hitch status. It also has a simple hookup. The Curt also has a fast and easy installation and drops into the four receiver pucks built into your truck bed.

I recommend the Reese M5 part # RP30922 because it is a heavy duty fifth wheel hitch with gross towing weight of 27,000 lbs with vertical load limit of 6,750 lbs.
