For flat towing your 2006 Toyota Tundra, with the RoadMaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain Tow Bar, item # RM-422, I recommend Roadmaster base plates, # 1154-1.
You will also need a set of safety cables, item # RM-645, and lighting for the Tundra when being towed. I would recommend using the RoadMaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs, item # RM-155, to keep the lighting from the tow vehicle totally separate from the wiring on your Tundra.
The Blue Ox Wiring kit for your Tundra is the Blue Ox Tail Light Wiring Kit, item # BX8869, and the Blue Ox 4-Wire, Coiled Electrical Cord with 4-Way, Round Plugs, item # BX8861.
And for supplemental braking you can use the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251.
