I was able to confirm that your Sprinter has a bolt pattern of 6 on 5 1/2". The drums you mentioned, # 8-201-5UC3, have the correct bolt pattern, but are only rated to work with 5200 lb axles. Based on the specs of your 2013 Keystone Sprinter, your GVWR is 10,995 lbs. So, I would guess that your axles are rated at 6000 lb. each, not 5200 lb. each.
To be safe, I would recommend # AKHD-655-6-K, which uses the same bearings and has the same bolt pattern, but is rated for 5200 lb and 6000 lb axles. You will want to check the bearing numbers of your current drums. The inner bearing of this drum is # 25580 (1.75" inner diameter) and the outer bearing is # 15123 (1.25" inner diameter). Use a digital caliper like # PTW80157 to ensure accurate measurements.
If the bearing numbers and/or measurements match, then # AKHD-655-6-K will work for you. this is a complete kit which includes the bearings, races, seal, grease cap and lug nuts. You will also need some Lithium Bearing grease like # L11316. A bearing packer like # L70025 will also come in handy.
I've provided a link to our article on Replacing Bearings, Races & Seals which has a section describing how to disassemble the hub to get to the bearings. I've also provided a link to an article with details on how to measure your bolt pattern. Finally, I've attached a video of hub and drum installation which you may find helpful.
