Can a Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Eliminate Vibration in a 2008 Acura MDX
Question:
The 2008 Acura MDX has a lot of continual vibration going through the car that is felt by the passengers. Handling is good and it takes bumps well but it has this continuous, uncomfortable vibration. Can the Timbren rear suspension enhancement system seriously reduce this vibration or eliminate it?

Once the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, item # THROD2, is installed on the 2008 Acura MDX, the Aeon hollow rubber springs will not contact the bottom of the coil spring housing unless there is a load on or in the back of the vehicle, see installation instructions link below.
This means that if the vibration you are referring to is present under normal operating conditions, not towing or carrying a load, the rubber springs will not help. In this case, I would have the vehicle suspension checked out by a qualified automobile mechanic.
If the vibration you mentioned is present only when towing or when there is a significant load in the back of the MDX, the rubber springs should help significantly. I have this style system on my truck and it makes a big difference with a loaded trailer. When the trailer is not loaded, the vehicle springs are not compressed enough for the rubber springs to contact the plate on my axle.
