Recommendations for Locking Hitch Pin and Locking Adjustable Ball Mount Pin Keyed Alike

do you carry the pair of hitch locks keyed alike to lock hitch to truck with one and raise and lower hitch with other

It sounds like you are talking about a lock set that includes one hitch lock and a second lock for an adjustable ball mount. We have locking pin set # FA86-00-3685 that could potentially work for you. In this set the 5/8 inch diameter hitch lock has a inside pin length of 3-5/8 inches. The adjustment pin is also 5/8 inch and has a length of 4-1/2 inches.
We also have lock set # AM3492. It also includes two 5/8 inch diameter locking pins. The inside span of the hitch lock is 3-5/16 inches and the adjustment pin has a length of 4-1/4 inches.
Curt also has a set, # C23556. Both pins are 5/8 inches in diameter. The hitch lock is 3-1/2 inches long and the adjustment pin is 4-1/4 inches long.
If the adjustment pin needs to be 1/2 inch instead of 5/8 inch you can use set # FA86-00-3660. I have linked videos of all of these sets for you. Each set uses the same key for both locks within that set.
