The B&W Turnoverball Adapter for Trailers with Inverted Gooseneck Hitches # BWGNXA4025 has an inside diameter sized to accept a 2-5/16-inch inverted-hitch gooseneck ball. It fits into the square opening of the B&W Turnoverball under-bed gooseneck hitches.

If your fifth wheel trailer had an inverted gooseneck hitch ball installed on the pin box yes, the part #BWGNXA4025 would work well but that's a pretty rare setup so this may not be what you are looking for.
