If you have a Cipa Replacement Towing Mirrors like # CM10200 on your 1998 Chevy K-1500, then the CIPA Extendable Towing Mirror Replacement Glass # 110GL referenced in your question is the correct replacement glass. This is a direct replacement for all of the CIPA passenger side replacement towing mirrors. For the driver's side you will use part # 70801.
If you have a Cipa replacement towing mirror on your truck, this will work perfectly.
