Recommended Axle-Less System with Idler Hubs and 8 Inch Tire and Wheel Combinations
Question:
Hi. Looking to make a hostile duty portable cart for working in the woods. 8 x 3-3/4 4-4 rims with kenda tires mounted look good. Id need a complete axle spindle hub assembly too. Please advise on what you can provide. Thanks

For your hostile duty portable cart/trailer, I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 4 on 4 - Regular Tires - 1,200 lbs # A12RS440 or the 2000 lb capacity # A20RS440. These assemblies only require a 2 inch square tube to be used to fit in the integrated holes if a cross bar is not present in the frame at the axle location. These spindles have the integrated hubs and suspension to make things easy and also allow greater ground clearance than a traditional through axle.
I recommend the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range D # AM30153 to go with these spindles. These tires will allow you to carry the full capacity of either spindle listed above and will give you a 2 year warranty on the tire and 1 year on the wheel.
If you have further questions or want more recommendations, just let me know.
