For your truck and trailer combination, I recommend the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - Trunnion Bar # RP66084. This system is rated for a total tongue weight between 700 and 1200 lbs. This total tongue weight not only includes the loaded tongue weight of the trailer itself but also any cargo behind the rear axle of your F-150. The dry weight of 642 should easily put you in this range when you are loaded to travel.
This system is extremely adjustable and has the best sway control in the industry. It has a dual cam system that when integrated with the hot rolled spring bars, actively fights trailer sway by keeping constant pressure to stay in-line with your truck. On turns, the cams are overcome and allow you to turn easily and then the bars automatically reunite with the cams when the trailer realigns and keeps your transport from sway due to crosswinds, passing motorists, or shifting trailer weight.
I have attached a video to help further. You will also need a trailer hitch ball, and I recommend the # A-90 for a 2 inch diameter ball or the # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch diameter ball to match your trailer coupler.
