Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRG25C Installation on a 2003 Z71 Avalanche 4WD
Question:
I see no bolt hole for existing bump stop. How does the timbren attach to mounting cup? Do you know what the final clearance will be to the landing plate welded on the axle?

Expert Reply:
When you install the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TGMRG25C, onto your 2003 Chevy Avalanche 4WD you will actually remove the original bump stop and install this product in place of it. What keeps this product in the mounting cup is a bolt that runs through the bottom of the # TGMRG25C that goes through the mounting cup securing this product to it.
I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out as well.
