Any local shop will be able to easily install a trailer hitch receiver on your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe without a problem. We do not have a list of shops that we recommend so you will either want to go to one that you do business with or call around and check prices for an install. In all honesty none of the hitch receiver options for your Santa Fe are very hard to install so if you are fairly confident in working on vehicles it will be fairly easy.
I do recommend installing a hitch that has a 2 inch receiver opening as that will allow for a wider variety of usages compared to a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening.
If your Santa Fe is a Sport then I recommend installing Curt # C13152 but if instead you have an SE or Limited then you will want to go with Curt # C13153 instead. i have attached links to videos of both hitch receivers being installed on similar 2017 Santa Fes for you to reference.
For a trailer lighting connector you can install the Curt T-Connector # C56332 is your Sport, Se, or Limited has the factory tow package, but if you have a Sport that does not come with the tow package you will want to use the T-One # 118571 instead. Installation videos for these products have been linked as well. You can mount the 4-Way Flat connector to your hitch receiver using the Mounting Bracket # 18144 with the No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18140.
To complete your towing setup you will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, and pin and clip. A great option to use is the Curt # C45036 which comes with all of those components. You will want to check out the attached ball mount article to make sure that the 2" Drop that the Curt shank offers is correct for your towing application.
