From the research I did online it looks like your Smittybilt tow bar is compatible with the D-Rings on your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport with the Barricade HD Bumper.

If your Smittybilt tow bar is not compatible with the D-Rings then you can use the Roadmaster D-Ring Adapter # RM-035 for Off-Road bumper - with 3/4 inch D-Ring bumper mounts or D-Ring Adapter # RM-035-1 for Off-Road bumper - with 1 inch D-Ring bumper mounts along with a Roadmaster Tow Bar like the Falcon All Terrain # RM-522 which is rated for 6,000 lbs.

Aside from the Smittybilt tow bar, or the Roadmaster Base Plate Kit and Tow Bar (should you need them), you will also need Safety Cables, Vehicle Tow Bar Wiring, a Supplemental Braking System, and possibly a High-Low Adapter.

For Safety Cables I recommend the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643 which are rated for 6,000 lbs and have a coiled design to help keep them from dragging on the ground.

I like to recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 for Vehicle Tow Bar Wiring because once it is installed it takes no time at all to hook it up to your RV.

Since most States now require the use of a Supplemental Braking System, and since it makes your flat towing setup much safer, we always recommend using one. The SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 is a great option because, just like the wiring kit, once it is installed you will hardly be able to tell it is there and it is very quick and easy to activate it for flat towing. It will activate the brakes on your Jeep at the same time and with the same intensity as your RV. You will also need to install the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400.

As for a High-Low Adapter, I have attached a link to a helpful article that goes over choosing the correct adapter (should you need one) as well as a link to our selection of adapters for you to filter through.

I am attaching some installation videos that you can reference as well.

Keep in mind that you will also want to consult your owner's manual for any specific guidelines on flat towing your Jeep.
