Trailer hub # DX22XR uses outer bearing LM11949 so you can use Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors - Model 1781 - Chrome Plated (Pair) Item # BB1781. Or you can use Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors - Model 1781SS - Stainless Steel (Pair) Item # BB1781SS for a stainless steel version.
