Replacement Nerf Bar Pads with A Peg Spacing of 5-7/8", 6-3/4", 5-7/8"

Hello. Im looking for replacement pads for some nerf type bars that I do not know the manufacturer of. As best I can tell, the pads are 20 long by 3 wide. The tab spacing is 5 7/8 -6 3/4 - 5 7/8 and the two middle tabs are not centered but rather a little off central to the away side of the truck. Im hesitant to order without some advice. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!

I believe I have exactly what you need as the peg spacing measurements of the Replacement Step Pad for Westin Platinum Series Nerf Bars part # 26-0001 are very similar to the ones you have provided. The peg spacing of this replacement step pad is as follows:
The distance from the pegs on the Step Pad for Westin Platinum Series Nerf Bars are 5-15/16", 6-5/8", and 5-15/16" apart on center. I have also included photo showing these measurements for you.
