If you are wanting to add one of the Torflex Lift Kits to your Forest River travel trailer you will first need to install a Dexter Torflex Axle as that is the type of axle these lift kits are meant to fit. My contact at Dexter Axle said that since the way the axles are made could be different, it is not guaranteed that any of the Lift Kits would fit.
Even though you will not be able to use a Torflex Lift Kit with your Lippert axle, I have another solution for you.
If you do not already have an over-under kit installed on your trailer you can install part # K71-384-00 for a 2-3/8 inch axle or part # K71-385-00 for a 3 inch single axle. An over-under kit moves your axle from above your leaf spring suspension to below your leaf spring suspension. This will give you extra height that is equivalent to the size of your axle plus the height of the leaf spring stack.
I have attached a review for each product for you to check out.
